Porting openpilot to Jeep Renegade possible? Posted: 19 Jan 2020 03:52 PM PST So I'll be getting a Jeep renegade 2018 this week and since it's not yet supported by openpilot I wanted to know, if it's possible or if it is, how hard it will be to port it to the renegade. I would appreciate someone with experience porting openpilot to cars sharing some info :) Edit: Discord user Tunder is working on support for basically every FCA vehicle from 2011-2018. Says he is nearly there! [link] [comments] | ||

Posted: 19 Jan 2020 02:36 PM PST Since Elon has his fingers in Tesla and SpaceX could the software on the Starlink satellites be redeveloped and allow for traffic integration once he's sold enough cars? This surely would allow complete autonomy in areas where everyone owns a tesla, unlikely currently but who knows if the prices were more affordable. [link] [comments] |
