Self-driving developer career opportunities in the Midwest?

    Posted: 06 Feb 2020 06:56 AM PST

I would love to one day work within the self-driving car industry. The problem is that I don't live on the east coast where the center of the industry is located. Would anyone happen to know if there are any of the self-driving car companies located in the Midwest?

lowest price semi autonomous car out?

    Posted: 06 Feb 2020 09:43 AM PST

i've been looking at the older VW's with Lane Assist, but whats the absolute cheapest option for the most autonomous car? i don't need full autonomous, but definitely just driving itself in my lane while on a highway or long stretch of road is what i'm looking for. is this possible <$15k or <$300/month? I refuse to put down $4500 for a Tesla Model 3 lol

Looking for best currently available "traffic jam chauffeur"

    Posted: 06 Feb 2020 06:25 AM PST

So my lease is up in March, and I'm looking to find a SAE Level 3, or almost Level 3, car available for purchase in California right now. I have a killer commute home in stop & go traffic (90 mins) that I want to be as disengaged for as possible. Something where I can read?

What are the best current offerings for a "traffic jam chauffeur"? I do not need surface street capabilities. I'm also not tied to any brand or drive-chain, I just want this time in my day back.
