Will SDCars make people want to live further away from major metro areas? Posted: 27 Jan 2020 11:27 PM PST There are countless consequences of city that almost entirely uses self driven cars. But it hard to predict in the far future if it will create a spreading of cities. Ideally, less cars means less roads, which in turn allows for more housing. But due to the increase land value, can we predict that people will choose to live further away and commute in by a self driven car? [link] [comments] |
